I'd like him at Spurs if Poch leaves

That's less than Spurs, yet you went for Pooch.

    He has and he hasn't.

Taken in isolation, a new Premier League manager doing as well as he has with Wolves is impressive.
They've narrowly missed out on a cup final, beaten some of the best teams, played decent football and might qualify for Europe.
Hard to say that's not good.

If you look at the bigger picture at the club though, then some of the gloss starts to come off.
They're owned by a Chinese company with a stake in GestiFute, super agent Jorge Mendes' sports agency.
Mendes' influence at Wolves is enormous and his clients are everywhere at the club.
The manager, Neves, Jota, Patricio, Costa, Moutinho and Cavaleiro are all on his books.

There's a good case for him as manager of the year, but it's similarly loaded as the one for Guardiola.

Spurs did the whole Western thing in a few days.

The good, the bad and the ugly.

I’d argue the squad Van Gaal left behind was an easier task than the squad Mourinho has left behind.

I rate Guardiola, he’s worth every bit of praise he gets and 195-198 points over 2 seasons is just utterly ridiculous no matter how much you spend.
