Celtic wanted a postponement to avoid playing Rangers because McGeady and Boruc were injured. Anyone who believes that is a ****ing cabbage.

This is the mentality you are dealing with:

"And an ambulance chasing football club using death to get a game postponed is yet another....
    Phil O'Donnell 89 appearances in 5 years. Died 29/12/7.
Ra sellick plagued with injury and suspension 'can't think about football'. Game against Rangers postponed Jan 2.

Tommy Burns 352 appearances in 14 years as a player, also a former Manager and current First Team Coach, died 15/5/8, no question of postponement of their game on 22/5?

Anybody who can't see that they are beneath contempt and will use anything to further their cause is a hopeless case. This has nothing to do with death and mourning and everything to do with the form of the two clubs. No disrespect to TB but he loved a despicable, cynical excuse for a football club
    ."

The Irony of this idiot's comments should not be lost on anyone.

Makes more sense than fake grief to me, mate.

I like how you didn't answer straight up though. Always ducking and dodging.

I've told you straight up, there's no chance in hell that Celtic asked and were granted a postponement just because 2 players were injured. It's bitter Huns who make this ****e up. Its as simple as that.

Were there not players suspended for the game too? Think maybe the big Dutch striker was one? Asking for ER.

Did Rangers ask for an extension to the league season to help with a backlog of fixtures that was caused, according to your "myth busting" article, through no fault of their own?

    Yes.

Did the SPL grant them that extension?

    No

    Why?

Because, again according to your "myth busting" article, Celtic were most vociferously against the idea.

Even though, previously in the season when Celtic decided to use the tragic death of an ex player to their advantage and ask for a postponement of an old firm game and the SPL refused Rangers went out their way to accommodate Celtic's wishes.

What a ****ing horrible club you support.
