Thanks to a Brazilian it is an all English club final.

 

Ajax seem to be a good up-and-coming young team, but I was confident we'd have too much for them. Spurs are an entirely different prospect.
After Tuesday's game I was certain we'd go on to win the thing but it really could go either way now.

 

Especially Harry Kane has declared himself fit for this one.

 

I agree, we'd have done Ajax with ease they had done so well as teams were showing them no respect and leaving them have space and time and they had done well to exploit that. Spurs did the same in both legs until the last 45 when they realised that you just need to go at them and stop letting them have time on the ball.

Spurs will have their moment in the final and how we manage that will be key.

 

thats good for me, the team play to him, when he isn't on the pitch they are much better.

You missed out Ajax turning over Juve & R Madrid which were stunning.
Would have preferred Ajax as i have said previously but whoever is in front of us lets please do it .

Spurs couldn't defend either, and only qualified through away goals which aren't a thing in a final.

Ajax were the better team for three halves of the tie, Spurs were better for one.

 

We have come through PSG Bayern and Barca. The mentality this team has is very strong. The pain of the loss last year should drive us to win this bloody trophy. I focused on the Spurs goals relative to Ajax defending. They were a shambles. It was a case of inexperience. Play as we have through the knock out stages I believe in the quality of our side will show.

I think the loss of some confidence in some of our fans stems from the fact it is Spurs (the banter if they won) we are playing and would have no problem losing to a foreign team.

First things first though we need to beat Wolves to achieve our best points total ever.
