Striker rejects Liverpool talk
Maxi Gomez has rejected talk that he is set to sign for Liverpool.

The Celta Vigo hitman has been in good form in La Liga, and Jurgen Klopp sees him as a replacement for outgoing Daniel Sturridge.
Asked about his future, Gomez told Marca: "There are many comments through social networks, what if I sign for Barcelona, if I go to Liverpool. I am very calm and in Vigo I feel very comfortable."

Liverpool are interested in Coventry midfielder Tom Bayliss according to TeamTalk.

The 20-year-old has made 73 appearances for the Sky Blues since breaking into the senior side in late 2017.

Bayliss was called-up to England’s U19 set-up this season and is believed to possess a £3m release clause at the Ricoh Arena.
