I dunno why he doesn't do a few domestic fights clean up and easier money. Lomachenko is way above Luke , he's above everyone
"The Harder They Come" Well, they tell me of a pie up in the sky Waiting for me when I die But between the day you're born and when you die They never seem to hear even your cry So as sure as the sun will shine I'm gonna get my share now, what's mine And then the harder they come The harder they fall, one and all Ooh, the harder they come The harder they fall, one and all Well, the oppressors are trying to keep me down Trying to drive me underground And they think that they have got the battle won I say forgive them Lord, they know not what they've done 'Cause, as sure as the sun will shine I'm gonna get my share now, what's mine And then the harder they come The harder they fall, one and all Ooh, the harder they come Harder they fall, one and all And I keep on fighting for the things I want Though I know that when you're dead you can't But I'd rather be a free man in my grave Than living as a puppet or a slave So as sure as the sun will shine I'm gonna get my share now, what's mine And then the harder they come The harder they fall, one and all Ooh, the harder they come Harder they fall, one and all Hey, the harder they come Harder they fall, one and all What I say now What I Say now What I say now What I say, one time The harder they come, the harder they fall, one and all The harder they come, the harder they fall, one and all
I have had the privilege of chatting to Luke a few times recently. He is totally down to earth and a thoroughly top man. He’s a great ambassador for the region and I wish him every success.
Big step, but despite Luke’s baby face he isn’t young so needs big fights Good luck to him, and I think he could do it actually
Lomachenko is a machine. Can't see Luke winning myself but will be cheering him on. He should give a better performance than Crolla.
I recall a little known at the time Lloyd Honeygan going to the states and fighting the worlds best pound for pound boxer at the time, Don Curry, in his own back yard. Against all odds Honeygan knocked ten bells out of Curry to get a shock win which reverberated around the world. Dare to dream Luke.
That was class - remember it well. Think they showed the highlights on a Sunday afternoon, after the live football.
I recall that scrap. Didn't Curry have problems making the weight? I'm sure he moved up in weight and won another title. Still Honeyghan was class that day and dominated from start to finish.
