Our players grew by a foot whilst the Barcelona ones shrunk by the same amount. :) :)

Mate be serious, you know origi is more than capable of stinking the **** out of the place too.

He got his goals, genius from taa and shot from Henderson palmed out in front of him.

    Let's just enjoy what happened

"Liverpool should be banned from Europe. Last year they beat City after their fans vandalised the city bus. This year they beat Barca after their same awful fan base attacked the Barca team hotel. They are terrible fans in a grubby city. Kick them out UEFA"

    What about the harassing?
    What about his battling?
What about his hold up play?

He's not the best in the world, but he's a great option to have in the squad.

I've never been a fan of Origi... But damn, does he ever get goals when we really need them most.

Sunday afternoon against Stoke in the league, he won't get a look in... Put him on in a cup game or when title is on the line, suddenly he scores goals.

    I agree.

Think martial is being played wrong, not that i care lol, but love him in our squad just like when utd had hernandez.

Quality players just used wrong. or not enough as was case with hernandez.

Reality is we forced them to.

Coutinho never touched it, absolutely forgotten . They play an other right backnot a forward.

The reality is they couldn't cope in middle cos busquets is gone.. past it, lovely pass first half but could cope. Vidal is too and rakitic isn't that.

    Henderson was monstrous.
Fabinho will give them nightmares. The dirty ****s body checked him 4 times, threw 2 elbows into him. Their cheating got them nowhere.
    Windy chased around.
    Milner was himself

That's imo where it's won. Pure utter intensity and work.

Barca quality couldn't cope with it and thry took None of the chances they made cos alisson stopped them.

    Thats stupid.

Suarez kicking Robertson or coutinho body checking fabinho to make space for a through run is evil genius territory.

Spotting a team asleep and taking corner quick is just awareness

Messi, the greatest player ever to be broken by Anfield.

I was reminding people all week about the 4-0 against Real in 2009. Now I'll be reminding them of Shanks' quote: "In my time at Anfield we always said we had the best two teams on Merseyside: Liverpool and Liverpool reserves.”

Couldn't fault any player tonight. The whole team were giants tonight and had so much hunger to give a special performance. From Trent, through to Gini coming on at half time and dragging us back into contention to Origi leading the line and keeping hold of the ball when under pressure plus being in the right place at the right time, amazing.

If I had to give a man of the match, controversial I know given everyone played their socks off, but Mane was phenomenal. No goals, no assists, but he ran them ragged, created so much, won the ball, harassed, held the ball up from long punts to relieve pressure...just absolutely awesome.

****ing love this team, Done ourselves proud.

He worked hard, let him enjoy his night, he's got to work thst hard every week and learn that's the level.

If he did he would be the option

That's the thing, Anfield raises up players. Thry have thier moment. Let them enjoy it.

    Aka Lovren goal v Dortmund.

Mane gave absolutely everything. Was amazing

Henderson was a monster that Barca midfielders won't forget. That's Anfield for you.

Messi will never to get it as much as he will have wanted to. In 20 years he will be asked about what he thought as bit all kicked off around him.
