We have a stake in these games, the Maguire and Robertson sell on clauses, vested interests, both could go for large fees in the summer, nowt else matters much as we aren't from Liverpool or Manchester.
I do but each to their own. For me its purely based on money. I couldn't give two ****s about them or the other big clubs unless I have money on them.
I know one silly Hull-supporting LFC **** who said recently "We've been through it..." You sure have - down to as low as 8th place one season in the last 30 years.
This has been a great game... Leicester and HM in particular have been fantastic... I suspect HM may well be in light blue next season... OLM will know... when Robertson signed were there additional payments for trophies won, games played etc ...
Some Man Utd fans make him seem quite level headed. https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/angry-man-utd-fans-make-15005695
I’m sure there was talk last year that we’d have received money if Liverpool beat Real Madrid in the CL final.
Surely Andy Robertson will go nowhere, other than to fill the problem left full back position at Manchester City. Harry Maguire to a desperate Manchester United might happen as they thrash about trying to play catch up. Sell on fees from either of these two are a side show to the real problem at Hull City though.
Would you ****ing believe it, there is quite an unsettling sizeable amount of Leicester fans who are gutted they didn’t “do it for Liverpool” Football is finished.
The initial fee was £8m, with an additional £2m in add-ons (which we'll now have had), there's no sell-on as far as we know.
The thing that’s most amazing is there was a good number of fans who thought he wasn’t good enough for us and wanted a better left back
And they could all do a better job than any City manager. Though, to be honest, I didn't expect him to improve the way he has. Or Maguire for that matter.
I've just had similar with a FC supporting LUFC 'fan' 'I've supported United since 1975', he said, (that's just about the time City were sliding down the FL). He said exactly the same about Leeds, and expected sympathy.
A while ago a Man Utd "fan" told me he wasn't a gloryhunter. He had stuck with them through the bad times. The 1974/1975 season I asked?
