Pay me £20,000 a week and i'll certainly have a good go.......i could certain miss a pen (like our players do) for much less cash
Hate the penalty shoot out bit. That's no way to end a footy match, it just ends up in a lottery. I don't know if anyone else remembers a match actually being decided on the toss of a coin. Some time ago, but I do remember it.
I don't know Eire, I've never played professional football, I'm guessing not many on here have either.
Maybe we should have checked why he is called roof is it because that's where he puts most of his shots. Maybe we should rename him and Bamford (NET)
Before the season started, I thought new manager new system, we'd take time to get going but improve as the season went on, the complete opposite to what's happened. But if it had happened the way I thought, we'd all be ecstatic at getting third.
We can do it, but if we do, we need to invest big time, would hate to see our defence against Man City
Man city IMO is whats wrong with football, it's all about money. Like PSG they have a bottom less pit and can buy whoever they want.
The transfer market should be scrapped so that clubs would have to build their teams from within their own youth systems/academies, creating a level playing field.
I agree, but it's not going to happen until people lose interest in the PL and viewing figures decline. I'm not sure about the big investment for next season, some new signings yes, but we aren't that far away from a sound squad and Pukii or whatever was a signed for free by the canaries so money doesn't always buy you happiness.
