In the end all teams are now madly expensive. If a team grows 4 or 5 home grown players the rest will be still big guys. The difference between city and others is they have no need sell at all. Utd have massive net spent numbers with really just offcasts and those who didn't work out like do mark a leaving. 100 mil net spend is not uncommon for Utd over past 5 or 6 years. Liverpool have frankly spent a lot. We spent 127mil net this summer net. We more than balanced spend last year by selling coutinho, the year before that did the same with benteke spend. The year before that bentekes purchase was balanced by sterling sale and so on. So lfc spent big and spent well... But Utd have not simply as if a Utd fan were writing out a list of those to keep its be headed with localhost and not many purchases

So..... I can't even determine Chelsea, Utd or arsenal first 11s. They are that inconsistent. What they "should be" to me probably would be to others or their own fans But the teams are all bloody expensive. If you look through Chelsea.... morata millstone is still there. They spent 185mil last summer on 3 players for example. There's another 4 or 500mil there Arsenal even....300-400mil team So far. all the best players like auba cost a bomb.
Couldn't tell you but there's a large part of when a players name goes on a shirt that compensation is due. I seem to recall major stories about Ronaldo etc negotiating hard for use of name by real and Chelsea owning someone's name virtually. I can't recall who right now... Surely it depends on the deal.
