If you look at it, Chelsea were never going to compete with City or Livpl for the title. At best they would qualify for CL which they have. And win at least a trophy, which they are on course for. So what does that leave? I can only put it down to certain performances in the league, the League Cup final, and not seeing enough progress on a weekly basis on the pitch? It's a hard one, but maybe that is enough to feel he should be sacked... because you could've and perhaps should've done better. But that is being really critical of a manager in his first season.
Yep it was. I think the games just before it were not so good and he got flak for those. In that final I think he largely abandoned his Sarri-football and that's why you played well. It still leaves the question then, what more could be expected of him. Or is it the fact his style of football just doesn't work at Chelsea and the fans/club have lost confidence in him.
Final at home. You get home advantage the higher up the league you finished. Playing Welling who came 3rd, Woking finished 2nd.
And where were you when you were ****? Not on here, hiding away nursing your delusions on your own board. #onlysingwhenyourewinning
Your season is now over. So is Arsenal's, and Everton's, and Man Utd's. That's why I comment on them now
Well it’s no secret some fans don’t but that’s subjective. Maybe it’s his stubbornness some don’t like. If we go for someone else it would be nice to have some stability as opposed to a turnstile on the managers door.
What you have to remember about Astro is he's one of those Livpl fans who started supporting them late 80's thinking he was onto a good thing and then realised he'd backed the wrong horse and spent the last 30 years feeling embittered by the success of others. He's been sucking lemons ever since. At any glimmer of success he comes alive, like 5 years ago and now, but IF Livpl end up potless again, you won't see him for dust on here. Proper fanboy
