In truth only one team deserved to win this and it wasn't us. Very poor management did not help but some of the players need to look at themselves and realise its a team game.

We need to get some nasty bastard on the coaching staff, someone who knows the league and the other teams inside out and will toughen them up and teach them how to be effective when the other team won't let us play pretty football. Someone in the Keane mould albeit a lot cheaper. Also if you can't do ten reps with a 20kg barbell or do 100m in less than 12 seconds then you don't pass the medical.

So after 140 years this is the lowest Sunderland have ever finished in the English football pyramid system. GUTTED, but we have a chance to redeem and get through the playoffs. My confidence isn't high, but where there's a chance we have to keep the faith, I suppose.
