I am not just saying this as a Leeds fan,but he is my opinion the best manager in Britain,if not football worldwide, what he has already achieved at the club (with let's face it) a bang set of average players is just incredible.
Also done with not much financial backing as radz does not have unlimited purse strings that Pep Guardiola,Jurgen Klopp or Mauricio Pochettino can count on,(like to see them do what he has done under the same circumstances) confident that if we don't go up this season, then next under his guidance we will.
This season has been a big learning curve for him, witnessing first hand how the other teams play and more to the point, how the EFL & FA Operate.
Under his guidance the future realy is Bright.

Carlos Corberán is, I think, potentially being placed in the line of succession but who knows? Did Snr Bielsa develop a succession plan at any of his previous clubs?

    Good morning all
just been reading the Bielsa interview,And i just love the guy
He said in part of the interview
"This team and club are important whether they play in the Premier League, the Championship or League One.
"I can't accept people saying I am going to stay here only if we get promoted. I am thankful to work at Leeds United and be in the Championship."
Music to my ears,:smiley-finger007:Said more in these two sentences than a million words that we've heard from other managers in the past.

Last year on the last day of the season Sunderland beat Wolves 3-0... hope we go full strength and go for it as we need at least a point - really want third place as I think it will be important for Villa to play Brom in play offs as think that will be a tough set of games for both clubs and there's normally a team that ends up playing their final just to get to the final and then lose. ( I have a sneaking suspicion West Brom would win over the two legs.)

As for us if we do get third then would like Bristol City most, then Boro who would be tough but could do without the whole fat frank on revenge bullshit...

But if you could guarantee me wins then yep would love to **** over Fat Frank followed by ****ing over John Terry and Dean Smith.

My feelings on the playoffs. If we play to our full potential we have a huge chance of winning them. If we revert to some of the rubbish since Xmas, well be out simple as. Important we give Ipswich a good beating as we only have one point from last three games. Hardly inspiring form
