https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48122663 I think every manager of a club in the lower end of the PL and has suffered at the hands of elitism by referees, should donate a few bob for NW saying what they'd have loved to have said.
Don't think it'll impact his lifestyle clingo, but you're right, he's only said what many other managers have thought. He needed a different approach. "Ref, what would you do if I called you a twat?" "I'd send you off!" "Ref, what would you do if I thought you were a twat?" "Nothing, I can't do anything about what you think!" "Ref, I think you're a twat!"
Hey - leave me out of this Bony...... As far as Tan goes, about half of what we owed him two years ago. Still substantial but he's been here 7 years supporting the club and stuck with it - how long will your Yanks stick it now the Premier League cash cow has escaped? As far as Nantes goes, nothing until told different. Looks probable we'll be having a few more meaningful conversations next season about football actually playing each other again. Look forward to it - that's if you don't make everyone redundant before then.
Sparks with our relegation about to be confirmed think we should have a Cardiff/ Sox joint thread between the boards. Could be a right laugh.
Like the avatar MBSL, I feel the same. Our politicians are about as good at running a country as your yanks are at running a football club. Difference is, we get to vote the current politicians out. Tan is converting debt to equity as fast as Malaysian law will allow him (something about money leaving the country). Think it was 2021 he wanted us debt free by and he's making good on his promise. As for Nantes, its a cash neutral position for us (and them). If it is shown he was ours, we pay Nantes and claim it back off the insurance. If not, we pay Nantes nothing and they claim on their insurance. No winners, no losers. Just need the legal position to work out.
Hilts - as you'll remember, used to be able to post the same thread across multiple not606 club forums for rival posters to contribute. Since Mick changed to the Xenforo platform to host the site a few years back, that function is no longer available. It was useful because rival supporters could post comments on the thread without having to leave their own forum. We'll just have to comment on our individual forums and hope the visitors will come across to join in for the laughs (and tears ).
We must have a brizzle thread as well. We'll need to be the dutiful hosts though. If it starts on the brizzle board, the vicar will have a head fit.
The wurzels might still sneak into the playoffs and replace us up here... Hope not though, not just because of the shame more because I'm going to enjoy chatting to the vicar again - even though he wont speak to me...
