Swear i get it from my mum though, she sleeps everywhere, train, plane, church, films. Can fall asleep anywhere. I'm the same and i need my sleep (8 hours)

Whyd you stay up for anyway? Its not good for your body. Probably why your back doesnt recover quicker.

Lack or sleeps probably the alcohol. Makes your sleep poor. I know when i drink i wake up earlier and feel knackered
