I’m having two pork chops, roast potatoes, not sure what veg I have and gravy. Currently in the middle of a dog walk having a couple of pints of the black stuff.
Spicy chorizo sausage cut into chunks, fried with a chopped onion, add 350g of arborio rice, a splash of red wine vinegar and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Add 1.25l of chicken stock a ladel at a time. On the last ladel add peas and red Leicester cheese to taste. Bloody marvelous.
I’m doing a mini roast essentially. None of that chilli malarkey for me. Got carrots and am having roasted courgette with them.
i will cook then during the week. Don't forget i won't **** about, i don't have time at around 11pm,. Got some new garlic and chilli sauce, may just marinate them
Dunno bout that but he’s a chef that cooks things in 15 minutes and does a few press ups every now and then.
