Just had Gregg's for second day in a row.

    Today was chicken tikka baguette.

    Yesterday, Mexican chicken.

Am on a course and they don't provide food, bastards.

Yes definitely garlic. Started by browning the beef, then removing the meat and putting the chopped shalot, garlic and spring onion in the beef juices to cook first.

Seem to be missing cheese slices and some buns/baps/cobs

    Did you use steak mince?

Mate of mine makes his own mince using varying cuts of steak.

yes mate, beef mince, it was only rhe 15% fat one though, so hoyed in an egg to bind it all.

bought 4 large baps from aldi. and a new squeezy garlic and chilli sauce.

they are in the fridge to set for a few hours.

btw, regarding prawns, Morrisons have just started to do the (shell-on) king sized ones if your looking for some, not the normal UK so called king size prawns but the proper one's. £3 in Morrisons, you get about 10 or less to a pack at a rough guess.

i got that used to eating king sized sea food, i don't entertain it here. It seems such a rip off.

Here you will pull the head of and the tail, and be left with the body. There's actually still a whole of goodies inside the head.

Home made chorizo and tomato risotto.
Made enough for four. Had half for my tea and I'll demolish the rest later after a few glasses of vino <bubbly>
