    Yeah, well played mate.

the ref was shocking, not just from our POV, he disallowed you one clear goal as well.

I feel for those who left at 3-0 down.

A brave display by Newcastle !! Only thing that spoilt it was Barton - what a disgrace he is. Oh! and the officials....

He did nothing wrong man, get over it!

However he was subject to quite a brutal neck squeeze and was thrown to the ground.... not sure if you noticed?

Geordie_Boot_Boy! - added you to my ignore list.

If you're so convinced of Barton's innocence, then you're a bit of a twat, really, aren't you?

As for the "brutal neck squeeze", did you see Nolan do pretty much exactly the same to Szczesny? I agree 100% that Diaby should've walked, and that Szczesny was being a ****er and that wound up Nolan. But that's exactly the same with Barton. Horrible challenge, stupid reaction from Diaby.

Granted, Barton has brought a lot of his troubles on himself by his past actions, but there isn't a single player in the league more unfairly treated than he is. Remember the rough treatment he had to put up with from Wolves? The officials did sod all while the MOTD pundits, including Alan Shearer, merely laughed. Why? Because he was Joey Barton. If that had been an Arsenal player, there would have been hell to pay.

    Give the bloke a chance!

Oh no, whatever will I do ive been added to some stupid ****s ignore list :(

Nolan didnt grab the keeper "cant be arsed to spell his stupid name" at most he barged into him in an attempt to get the ball, nothing malicious, he was given a yellow card and rightly so.

I thought the ref was inconsistent but not biased. Oh and we've stopped listening to complaints about Barton. Even when he's brilliant like he was tonight noone has anything nice to say

    How thick can you get?

Just acknowledge that he grabbed him by the neck, doing exactly the same as Diaby did. There's no shame in it, I'm happy to admit we got a wrong decision in our favour, and that Diaby deserved to go. Had you lost, you wouldn't be on here gloating. I generally like most Newcastle fans, but you are a complete tosser. What are you, 11 or something like that? You're just pathetic.

Fair enough, that's the point I'm trying to make. He wasn't biased, just got two HUGE decisions wrong, and wasn't consistent. And I do really think Barton has been good this season, but the amount of niggling fouls he makes go along with his reputation to make him one of the most hated players.

On a side note, nice to talk to a decent fan :)
