I still can't get my head around how they are only taking minumum allocations for away games. The basics of being a supporter is going to watch the games & they are taking that right away from us. I understand that after Darlington they want more traceability of who is buying a ticket but for the likes of myself who only get to a few aways a season I feel I'm going to miss out on the ones I would be able to make.

The most frustrating part is having to have a membership for every away game ticket.

I understand that the club wish to be able to trace who has attended games, but allowing two tickets per membership wouldn't make the job that much more difficult, would it? League games don't even see the sort of trouble that happened at Darlo cos anyone who supports the club enough to throw away £43(!) to spend an afternoon at Villa Park isn't going to risk being banned.

The whole thing means that my dad and brother, who are more casual attendees of away games, have to pay an extra £25 to attend perhaps two games.

EDIT: But yes November, the reduced allocations are ****ing annoying when you've forked out for a membership and we only take 1200 seats at Wolves

New EPL rules.......clubs can take up to 50% allocation on sale or return but over 50% get stuck with unsold. Saves Newcastle a lot of money on unpredictable games...........and you know how much they like saving money!

Apparently someone at the box office said they were taking minimum as a rule. I hope they'll change this for the likes of boxing day & fixtures that are pretty much guaranteed sell outs.

I got an away ticket for Villa no problem with my membership, not sure what the allocation is there. £43 is a disgrace though. And having to have a membership per ticket is mad. I used to get tickets for me and a mate that I go with, now he needs his own.

Only 1,200 at Wolves? Hope it goes to members sale as I live 10 minutes from the stadium.

I am really hoping to get a ticket for the Wolves game. But the allocation is an absolute joke!

I had my membership refunded last season.

I asked if the reduced away allocations policy was a long term plan and if so; didn't the marketing of the membership package contravene with the long term policy of the club as it promised access to available tickets before reaching general sale? If reduced allocations are taken then surely the possibility of getting tickets at membership levels was vastly reduced.

A quick statement highlighting possible breaches of the Trading Standards Act was included in the letter as well.

Two weeks later a letter stating here is your refund is received.
