So vertonghen show why no ****ing hate footballers just bring asked... ok lad? That free checked him. He ****ing just about collapsed then. The player must go off and free sub on for hia. Takes 10mins max. The thing is now spurs look much much much better with 4 at back.
They would still have put him back on. The Spurs medical staff are going to face some serious questions about this. Personally think the free sub idea is a non starter as teams would just "play" it to get tactical subs.
People keep using that, I don't buy it. Have an independent doctor. And Rugby manages to make it work
well since Rugby (Union) allows what feels like unlimited subs these days there is little need for it . PS i could of course mention bloodgate .
No idea what thread to put this on so just popping it on this one Thinking of doing fa l1 in goalkeeper coaching I am really **** in goal, like terrible. Thinking that my junior team gks need a hand though Will i learn anything on it of use not being a gk myself? Has anyone else done it ?
No idea. Why do you need to do a course on it though? You not write to a few profesional clubs to give you some pointers or watch a few lfc training vids.
Wouldnt have thought they would reply, would they? I am thinking its more for drills/training methods/language for the relevant age groups The hardest thing i have found is understanding how much the children dont know, they just want to play so when you tell the to get goal side for example, at first they have not got a clue Its brill though
No idea. Where do you live? You near a bigish club where you can pop down to staduim and explain your situation. They might help. After all you are doing something good for youngsters.
Just googled some stuff but i dont really have anything to back it up vocally as it the position i literally avoid like the plague Might try doing some reading on it to go with the vids Just thought a course might help but it is pretty expensive for something that i will only use for this team. I have asked local club jenners but without naming them i was told that they have sessions with a coach which are £25 per hour or the children would need to join their own juniors, so basically they would not help me. Sort of why i would not of thought i would get much help writing to them, maybe internet will be better and take it from there but cheers for replying both
Doing a course isn't going to change the vocal aspect. YouTube it, take notes, maybe even have some prints and tell them you've got a few ideas you'd like to try. Just make sure they're fun too. We've had people turn up with outfield training ideas but they've been boring or too complicated so the guy never gets another chance.
Okay cheers, when i am doing anything i usually turn it into a game of some sorts so they dont think they are training lol If it doesnt work may try it once again but agter that i just ditch it. My main worry is i dont know what i am talking about with goalkeeping, but was not sure about the course Gonna pretty much go with what you suggest and see how it goes Next course in lancs isnt until sept as it happens so will try summer and see where I am there Was just wondering if anyone had actually done it to say if it was useful or not
I've no idea what the course entails mate, never done any of the courses. Just going by training sessions I've been part of as a player.
