https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...t-Ralph-Hasenhuttl-Southampton-beat-drop.html Article from Mail discussing the Hasenhuttl effect and suggesting a bright future for Southampton. Note another article below saying that Man United tried to sign VVD, but were told by Southampton that he had just had his medical at Liverpool.
And provocative celebrations in front of the chapel. Celebrate in front of your own fans The ref Scott was 10/10
Redmond secretly indicated he had scored two (v Wolves) as he ran past the Wolves fans...so we are not totally innocent in this area.....though I do forgive Redders most things for being such a smiley cheeky chappie. Not sure the Wolves fans did.

Actually, there was a little more to it than that. He was making a Z for zulu, which was a rivalry used when he was at Brum in the midland games. Pretty daft thing to do when playing for the Saints, but was pleased it went under the radar.
Did Gosling have any history with us? Or indeed Wilson or had Howe & the Allmouth fans just stoked it up? I was rather surprised at the animosity both displayed to Chapel. Seemed rather OTT.
It is a derby, though. It's not the South Coast derby, and it's a bit of a recent phenomenon, but anything that intensifies the atmosphere at games is good imo.
It must be the world's friendliest derby. We've done nothing but help each other over the years. Them shaking the bucket & us donating, us shaking the the points tin, and them obliging. My main issue is I quite like them. And some little piss ant like Gosling isn't going to change that.
I think it should be discouraged I disagree with it being done to us so I'm going to have to object to us doing it to others If you want football fans to behave better players shoudn't wind them up ... they should leave that to the fans
Yep, it too highly charged, as we've seen a few times already this season. Upset the opposition by playing well and winning, and leave the taunts to the terraces.
