I regularly reemember in the 60s Spurs getting crowds near 60,000 at the old stadium as it was with terraces so the traditional support has always been there and much of that support is family based so the crowds they got at Wembley of 80,000 plus shows that they would easily fill the new stadium. We'll never get anywhere near 30,000 unless we are in the Premier League and even then only against the top teams. We're sadly light years from that scenario...
If the Blades beat Ipswich just started now then they are realistically up Good for Chris Wilder operating on one off the Championships smallest budgets
Shows what can be done with a quality coach who has an eye for a decent player and good man-mangement. Wilder has had other promotions and is clearly deserving of his success, plus he's likely to f*ck Leeds chances...
Zero goals for Conor this season and only three starts for Sheff U who quickly brought in Madine after him. But I do like the guy though he’s not a striker.
Amazing scenes at Leeds Bielsa showing true credit to the game and making the officials look stupid I don't think I've seen anything like this other than once in an Arsenal game?
Yeah, I just turned it on as Bielsa was telling his players to let Villa walk the ball into the goal. Not sure why though?
Actually he was telling them to DEFEND GOAL. Only Pontus Jansson who noticed it, hence why he tried to stop the goal. Don't think everyone of manangers and players was on board with the "free goal".
They just replayed the 'free' villa goal incident Bielsa clearly told the Leeds players to let villa score unopposed and Jansson even though he heard Bielsa, disagreed and was the only Leeds player who tried to stop villa scoring Totally bizarre but fair play to Bielsa
Looks like it's gonna be 4 teams in the play-offs all of whom I don't particularly like, would have liked to have seen Bristol City make it but looks done and dusted now...
I’d bring in a six game ban for any player proven to be feigning a head injury. Feel a bit for the ref who was in a tough situation.
Out of that lot, I think I'd prefer WBA over the others....whatever happens, at least one of those clubs should be answerable to the EFL over FFP breaches - but it'll probably be swept under tha carpet as they are all "big" clubs (except Leeds, who are MASSIVE)
