A stroll in the park against a desperately poor Gillingham side, and achieved with out Solly, Bauer, Bielik and Taylor - all of whom would be expected to start at Wembley. A fiery away end in more ways than one today, with fireworks being let off after we scored, and arguments breaking out around the mainly tanked up youths around me after one of them disrupted the minutes silence. The support today was excellent, with numerous broken chairs flying through the air in the second half and dozens standing in the gantries and rattling the lights, the stewards lost control. That said, having followed Charlton away for 20 years alongside a bunch of fossilised old farts, its great that our supporter base now resembles that of other clubs again, both good and bad. I expect the Wallys on Charlton Life will start a thread tonight on what terrible hooligans now follow our club Tidy finishes by Aribo and Cullen (MOM) put the game well beyond a woeful Pikey team's reach, and it was embarrassing to see barely 500 of their fans remain in the ground at full time for their lap of honour.
