    And breathe. Thank heavens that is settled at last. Saints still manage to be frustrating despite being vastly improved. Hope Ralph gets what he wants in the summer.

    The most important thing is that I think we are still on to beat our record of points thrown away from a winning position. @st_brendy to confirm?

    In all seriousness, well done and thankyou to Ralph. This looked a long long way off when he came in and he really has worked wonders with a lot of average players. Most unsaint like to confirm our safety in a relegation battle with 2 game to spare!

    Newcastle will be difficult to beat in the form they are in. Although Almiron and Lascelles being out makes the task slightly easier for Brighton.

    As we always do Fran. We drop more points from winning positions, only we managed it twice in this game! I think that is 27 points we have dropped from winning positions. If we have taken half of those points we would be around 9th place.

    However, great to see us have our EPL status preserved for another season. Fantastic effort by RH and by the squad how have picked themselves up.

    All bodes well for next season. We March On!
