Poch messed up. Poor team selection. Making this top 4 finish hard for ourselves aren’t we, a win today would basically have guaranteed it.
I don’t understand how that game showed that we have our eyes on the midweek game. We played crap, but we certainly put enough effort in that will have fatigued the players before the Ajax game. Really bad result. Players even more tired, and we lost anyway. Doesn’t get much worse
No-one excelled and I thought Rose was Spurs' better player. I think Janssen would have scored if it had longer on the pitch but credit to West Ham.
1. The west Ham fans won their cup final ... were much better than us in second half. 2. Eriksen ... oh dear, oh dear, oh dear 3. Dele...oh dear, oh dear, oh dear 4. Son...oh dear, oh dear, oh dear 5. Llorente....oh dear, oh dear, oh dear We got what we deserved
At the same time though, he didn’t have much choice. So many injuries and lack of signings have taken their toll.
For beating you lot? lol, all Billy big Bollocks now cos you've had a decent season, maybe you should take a look at the results of our derbies over the last 10 years.
Yeah really glad we didn’t have one of the best strikers in the world on the pitch to combat the fact that we were really ****ing sloppy in the final third. That would be a ridiculous thing to suggest would make things better in a game like this.
Injuries are unfortunate, but he seems fine with lack of signings so I have no sympathy for him in that regard.
You do always seem to raise your game against Spurs. A bit more consistency against the other 18 teams and you might manage to break into the top 10 next season.
I didn't realise your head-to-head was that close in the last decade. In the past 10 years (in all competitions), West Ham have won 8 games, Spurs have won 10 and there's been 3 draws. You do seem to raise your performance level against Spurs.
We generally turn up to all the London derbies and games against the top 6, City are the only team in it that we haven't taken points off, thanks to poor officiating, which also denied us a double over united and a win against 'pool.
Utter shambles, got what we deserved. Alli with probably the worst performance in his Spurs career, couldn’t string one ****ing pass in their half.
