And really fooking detest the charlatan who has let so many charlatans own football clubs

 

Was listeing to Jim White the other day, can't stand him but found myself listening anyway... He was chatting about the fit and proper test to own a club, he was saying there isn't one, the test looks at if the person buying has the cash and has enough to run it for a season, nothing more, it's just a complete waste of time (which we know)
