15:00 Saturday in Gillingham is going to be 11deg with 50% chance of rain... bl00dy cold for anybody sitting out in a meccano stand with no roof wearing shorts! … Don't be silly bet savvy, wear long trousers. Yes BowJackson wants to win the next five games but here's the thing... don't play injured players.. the Large Friendly German, the Polish water carrier and the Inglish poster boy should be rested for more important games. Yes, this may mean Parker starting on Saturday at his previous club but you never know this may result in a hat trick Pearce and Sarr as the two centre back, Cullen as the Def Midfielder, Lapslie in for Williams (who is also carrying an injury) and Parker up front with Fats. Job done.... 1-2 win. AllHell @brb PS, If anybody needs their driveway resurfaced have a word with @brb he will offer a three day guarantee on all workmanship as long as you pay cash.... and none of that euro stuff!
The Sheriff is currently without a ticket for this one, but isn't planning on letting this stop him being there tomorrow
I hadn't realised until yesterday that Ricky Holmes is now on loan at Gillingham...although judging by how little he has played for them due to injury...neither has the Gills fans
Be adventurous and go ALL THE WAY to pikey land with no ticket, there are plenty of spares flying around. @AllHellLetLoose enjoy walking the dog and have a nice Saturday boycotting
A nice friendly 0-0 draw this one. No Lyle Taylor- no goals. I won't be in the ar5e end of Kent tomorrow, I'll be in the beautiful part, Scotney Castle (or Scotchney Castle as AHLL would say).
Ricky Holmes has been sent back to Sheffield United. He has got a back injury which could end his career. I think we will play a weakened team with Bauer, Bielik, Taylor and Williams being rested. The team could look like this. Phillips Dijksteel, Pearce, Sarr, Purrington Cullen Morgan Reeves, Aribo Vetokele, Parker Subs Maxwell, Pratley, Forster- Caskey, Page, Fosu, Marshall, Lapslie
I have damaged my knee quite badly so not walking the dog at present, am hoping this will not effect my attendance at the home play-off game but time will tell plus a family do on the first Saturday of the play offs may restrict my attendance anyway.
Interesting... starting Morgan rather than the more experienced Lapslie?... don't get me wrong I think Morgan could turn into a better player than Lapslie but is he just now?
I do still get emails from them from time to time but last time I used the ticket office the guy put on a pair of white gloves before handling my 'Red Card' as he thought it was a bit of Club memorabilia
No sure Ben is welcome at the Club... he did get a bit lippy at the Fans Forum meeting … telling De Turkey to his face that he was incompetent, fair play to Ben.
I’ve been busy sorting stuff on Charlton social media this morning, the jungle drums are predicting we will have over 3,000 there tomorrow. @brb must be sh1tting it. Outnumbered, in your Cup final
Somebody said to me that Sunderland were given some tickets along the side of the pitch... obviously not the case for the Kent derby!
