WELL ..at least we are doing our best so Loserpool lose the title
    gutted tbh
Ole is out of his depth .. UTD sadly need to sack him and clueless Woodward .. everything the later touch turn into nightmare .. we need proper plan to build UTD and not patch up works .. Pochettino was and still my fav choice

    How I saw it.

City were nervous and playing safe the first half. Slow and safe and didn't really pose our defence any problems except the Sterling chance which was down to **** defending. United were the only team playing in a Manchester derby for the first 45 mins.

The longer the game went on like this I thought we'd get 0-0 draw.

Second half same sort of thing and we started well. Then out of nothing a pass to Bernardo, **** defending by Shaw and a poor goal.

After that with the cushion of a goal, City suddenly found their balls. Fcking pretenders!

The problem for us is we just don't have the quality to create goals. Young ****, Fred ****, Perreira not good enough, We won the ball and had the opportunity plenty of times but lacked the quality.

You can stick on as many forwards as you want (and Ole did) but not having any quality in midfield or out wide and you're not going to create anything. 5 games without a goal in open play. 5 games with I think 3 shots on target. Says it all really.

    Fcking sad tbh.

He was culpable in giving you the ball for both goals so deserves a special mention.

    Both goals = gifted.

I hope he got dog's abuse in the dressing room afterwards.

But then again, Ole should never have played him today.

From an outsider looking in... And I realise I'm in no position to critisize ... You need to get rid of the likes of Young, Jones (he wouldn't get in our squad ffs!) Smalling, Shaw, Sanchez, Lukaku and Pogba. That would free up a hell of alot of wages. I'd go all out for Bale!
Also... Solskjaer is out of his depth. He looked like a boy lost sat on the bench all night. But you've got him now so need to back him in the summer.
    Good luck lads

    Forgot about Fred...he's crap!

Fred, Pereira and Pogba's first touch throughout the game had the ball five yards out of their control and City were on to it instantly. Absolutely pathetic.

When Fred did 'control' it, he gave it straight to them with his 'pass'.

That he was on the pitch while Mata, for obvious instance, didn't get a kick is offensive to be honest.

That said, both their goals were gifts and beyond that, bar the last ten minute procession, we weren't that bad.
A point tonight and I'd have backed us to win the last three and get fourth, it's maddening.

Also, De Gea is fast blundering himself out of any pay rise or transfer.
Which club would buy him and pay his wage demands at the moment? It's no exaggeration to say his recent mistakes will have probably cost us fourth.

We'll end up with an even more demotivated and disillusioned player next season at this rate.

Yeh I thought even at 1-0 we weren't out of the game. It wasn't beyond us.

Then Fred the **** gives the ball away.

He can't pass for **** either. Always gives the ball away. Why play him??? The way City were playing at a snail's pace for the first 50 mins, I don't think Mata would've been troubled at all. And would've created better balls for the front two as well as linking up with Pogba.

Young I'm afraid offers nothing other than another body in defence.

As for De Gea, I'm not so sure. I think you get a solid back 4 in front of him and he'll regain his confidence. It's poisonous at the back for everyone at the moment.

de Gea has been nothing like his best since the World Cup, at this point I would send him on an early holiday to sort his head out and put Romero in for the last few games.

Rashford was totally gutted in that interview, he didn't speak like a player he spoke like a supporter, "forget the champions league, forget top four, you don't lose a derby". That is what we need, more players playing for the club and pride.

Spot on. I honestly thought United were the only team playing a derby in the first 50 mins.

Then we have ****s like Sanchez, Fred and Pogba who just don't get it.

The Sane goal was the first time all game that Young had been caught up the pitch after an attack, that means something to me. Sterling did very little against him and Sane was much the same before the goal when all he had to face was Darmian (who had a decent game overall)
