Firming wasn't bought as a number 9... Don't you remember the Depay vs Firmino threads? Utd fans ****ing over Depay and look what happened
What do people make of OGS's mind games with Pep? United will need to watch out for City's cynical fouls and foul play"There will be fouls. They will snap at your ankles and heels and kick you." Pep has not responded well to this adamantly denying that's what they do. Has OGS hooked his fish or has he simply read chapter 3 of Ferguson's 'How to' manage a football and is going to get hammered now? Ads a bit of spice for the neutral for sure.
The Pep fouling regime should be obvious to all by now. There are two types of Pep foul : 1. when the opponent is on the break in CM and his team is stretched, obstruction (not dirty) foul on player 2, target a key opposition player with persistent snidy tackles How to do the above ?? Ensure that all the above antics are distributed throughout the TEAM over 90 mins. Never the same 1-2 players doing it (so the ref does not have his mind set early on in a game who is going to be getting yellow cards) .
Indeed. Although sometimes a ref goes "off piste" . You may recall on Spurs 606 we discussed that Chelsky vs Man Utd game (FA Cup ?? ) where Hazard was repeatedly being failed by numerous oppo players (Pep foul #2) , and the ref just had enough and gave the next player that did it a yellow (even though it was by far from the worst of all the tackles that had gone in) .
Herrera is the boy for ****housery fouls, apart from when we play Chelsea and every one of his fouls is a red card.
@The RDBD @Tel Don't all teams? You compare fouls and yellow between United and City and United's is higher. You reckon OGS highlighting this perceived issue will have any impact on the referring?
