It's been looking too weak a squad all season, but we all trusted in Bielsa to make it different this season,he's not quite the God we thought.

Under 23s have a semi final tonight, then semi finals in the league with maybe 2 finals to play so need to look at who can be missed if first team come poaching. Davies for on looks like could miss out for the U23s as needed now for LB cover

Berardi; Roofe, Dallas should be well rested after their lay offs so must be fairly fresh. Shackelton hardly used at all, Clarke not been on it since illness. I would maybe look at Hugo Diaz in place of Klich to give him a rest or it could be time to give Bogusz a run out in place of Klich or Roberts

I watched you on the box cutting West Brom to ribbons a few weeks back and said so on here - you were nailed on for the autos because I hadn't watched a better team in the Championship this season.

The contrast with that game of yours yesterday with broadly the same players was staggering. You looked very wobbly and indecisive on the ball whereas just those few weeks back you stroked it around. Alioski played out of his skin that game and shut up the comments about him being a show pony/diver - what's happened yesterday?

The only difference I can remember is that Phillips sat yesterday out wheras he was very influential against Brom. Is it Bielsa/tactics or the players that's the problem?

It ain't over yet of course, but the playoffs (which look probable) are a real lottery - it's a 1 in 4 chance and can go any way. I honestly didn't think we'd be playing each other next season because we'd be swapping divisions, but maybe now I can pop across here for a meaningful chat as adversaries again rather than just for a look. <ok>

Depends which way you look at it. Bielsa's performed miracles getting virtually the same squad that finished 13th last season to what's looking to be a 3rd place finish.

ow he's done well, but we all made the mistake of thinking he had made the players into better more skilled players, now it looks like we are just fitter and work harder, but since boxing day we have been back to around 13th form, lost 7 games to bottom half teams this season.

    Afternoon all...

We’ll all have a different opinion as to why we failed in the end, it would be nice to say it wasn’t our fault and we played great and got beat by better teams but it wasn’t the case, our performances since Boxing Day have been indifferent.

All teams go through poor patches and a goal can do wonders, it lifts the entire team, yes we can argue team selection and tactics and even lack of signings in January but the bottom line is we haven’t scored enough goals. As a team we’ve created great chances but putting the ball into the back of the net has been a major issue.

We didn’t loose the autos against Brentford, we lost it between now and Boxing Day. Roofe got injured and in came Bamford, yes Roofe is back now but I’m not going to knock his display against Wigan and Brentford because Bielsa seems to be the only one who can’t see Roofe is not a number 10.

Bamford not having the quality we need has cost us promotion, Roberts has been okay at times at number 10 but he hasn’t found the net enough either.

Im not going to go on a hate fest against Bamford, he doesn’t miss on purpose but if we had a Pukki or Maupay up front we’d have walked the league, if we’d have replaced Saiz with a Canos we might have broke records.

We have played more fantastic football this season game by game than the previous 12 years combined but if Pablo has a bad game we have little else in the creative department.

We’re in the autos but it feels like the season is over but only because of the drop in form. One thing I’d like to touch on, since Christmas and Spygate Bielsa has been announcing team selection far too early, we have become predictable, we know Izzy Brown is never starting, we know keep Pablo quiet and out the game and we have no creative spark, we know Roofe not starting will mean we have no pace, Bielsa is gifting the opposition too much free information.

I also felt Bamfords body language was awful yesterday, he looked like a guy who had zero confidence, Sky asked the question does Bamford fit into a Bielsa team and style of play, I don’t believe he does.

It is Bielsa, he has two players he really love and tries to get in to the team at every opportunity. That is Forshaw and Dallas, these two players are maybe the weakest players we got. And he is playing Roofe as a number 10, that is just insane. Roofe can only play on top. He also has failed with Brown, how he is not in the team ahead of the likes of Dallas is beyond me.

So Bielsa has done great in large this season but has made some bizarre choices and strange subs since Christmas.

Definitely a £20m offer on the table from Southampton

When asked if he'll leave Leeds his answer was "I don't know"

It's also a poor workman who blames his tools.
That's bound to upset a few.
