I generally dont make predictions, because most predictions are just what people hope or wish will happen, rather than what actually will happen.

With Chelsea, every season, we could finish anywhere between 1st and 10th, so I avoid predictions

 

If you’re a shrewd pundit as you’re making out, Why haven’t the likes of Sky or BT employed you then, That’s right, Because you talk a lot of crap.

An intelligent pundit, such as myself, is always prepared to review the season on an on-going basis and revise his opinion to suit.

To doggedly stick to the same opinion regardless of a change in circumstances is nothing more than base wummery.

Which, again, is a pretentious way of saying, "I predicted something, then I realised I was going to be completely wrong, so decided to change my prediction".

Making a prediction once the pieces are in place is simple, especially for a "Skilled pundit", its like me predicting at this stage of the season "I think either Liverpool or Man City will win the title!"
