If I were a Leeds fan, I would be feeling pretty sick tonight.

I was having some thoughts about city and about the possibility dropping in to 3rd place, and how I would feel about it - it was not nice

Leeds lose away to Brentford. One point is all we need now for automatic promotion. We have been let off the hook by Leeds yet again. I believe we all would like to win the Championship but that is harder to call.

Brilliant from Brentford and and Sergi!
My stress levels in the last month have been truly tested. My poor wife!
I feel everything that Sheffield United and Leeds United fans have been through.
Just that mathematical 10 or 11 goal swing in our way, should we lose the last two.

Can you imagine if it came to it you just know that Ipswich would "accidentally" allow a cricket score for Leeds just to screw us over. After what happened with Lambert I wouldnt put it past them

I would like to think they would not do that but would certainly call it out as a conspiracy if it did happen

Leeds didn't play badly, but they seemed to lack passion and commitment. I'd be really pissed off if we succumbed like that. Good old Brentford and Sergi!

It doesn’t really matter I reckon. Obviously it would be nice to win the league, but no-one remembers who won the league in a random season much.

Anyway, I don’t see Blades winning both their last two matches, so we really just need to beat Blackburn. In front of the home fans, that would be epic.

I had concerns about Ipswich having our two rivals in their last games and certainly if Leeds could have pipped us on GD in the last game I wouldn't have put it past them to let them have as many as were necessary. It's not a concern now though because I can't believe that we could lose two games against sides with nothing to play for.

Just had a look at the Leeds site. It's like a morgue and they're tearing each other apart. Sad really.

Last two matches: NCFC home to Blackburn, Sheff. Utd home to ITFC and Leeds home to Aston V. Sat/Sun 27th/28th April

Then NCFC away to Aston V. Sheff. Utd away to Stoke and Leeds away to Ipswich Sun 5th May.

So it's looking like Leeds play whichever team have scrapped their way into the final playoff spot, with WBA Vs '10 wins in a row' Villa.

Absolutely no easy games in the playoffs, and looks like Leeds will be taking the worst recent form into it.

Brizzle v Derby on Saturday should be a cracker. Both sides have a game in hand on the other contenders. If there is a winner of that one they will be in the box seat.

Not seen it mentioned - sounds like Trybull is out for the rest of the season?

Not sure how serious an injury that is, given how close the end of the season is, but I hope he's back for a full pre-season.

Against Blackburn, do we change the midfield pairing completely? Tettey likely to come in, given the physicality shown by Blackburn at their place, and I'd really want Vrancic or Leitner alongside him.
