Now let's see who the replacement is who will be announced next week - only other Americans in the top 15 heavyweight rankings are Wilder and Breazeale who are due to fight each other in May so maybe Luis Ortiz?

 

Ortiz would be a risk on two fronts.
Firstly, he's a better opponent than Miller. Secondly, he's failed drugs tests in the past and might fail again.
Not many worthwhile options out there at such short notice, though.
