    Can't see that. Theoretically possible we could go down if Cardiff and Brighton really pick themselves up and we turn to crap, but I'm certain that if we stay up we will do better next season for two reasons...a better manager all season and a team that believe in him. Not predicting beyond that because things change as we know, but I am confident of a decent season in 2019/20.

    JWP says that Hasenhuttl has saved his career at Southampton. Said he was very down as he was scarcely playing, but then Ralph had a brutally honest meeting with him and told him what he expected from a player in his team. James said he then knuckled down in training in order to show the manager that he could be that player. Says something about Ralph, but also a lot about James' character...a man willing to learn, take criticism and then work hard.
