@Number 1 Jasper what OS you using?

 

Or version of windows might be better

 

Jasper - press the window button + r

Then type 'winver' in the open box, it will tell you what OS you are using.

 

All I would do is type in 'onscreen keyboard' in the search function (bottom left) and mine would bring the keyboard up on my screen.

@Number 1 Jasper download that and you'll be able to reassign a key you don't use.
