lingfield,3 40: CHARMING KID boasts some rock solid recent form, and should give a very good account today..
At Lingfield I gave Charming Kid the chance to come on from his Dundalk win in January. That was his race to win on form but he did it nicely. He was highly tried at 2YO with his best effort probably in the July Stakes. This is easier and although drawn wide I preferred him to Pizzicato, whose French trainer has few runners in the UK but has yet to record a win I think. I thought the Fahey horse may just have a shade more to come. They were a bit ahead of the others for me. In the end I concluded that Charming Kid should handle the surface and physically looks like he'll train forward. Charming Kid 6/1
Agree Grendel. Being drawn in the car park was no help, for all that others have won from there before
Lol....although if you are following tradition you are not supposed to open your Easter eggs until Easter Sunday. Perhaps that's it - its down to chocolate withdrawal symptoms and pure frustration ..
Stop it! I have 5 Easter eggs here for 5 of my grandkids. Any more of these crap results and I might have to do some comfort eating
bath,4 05: HEARTWARMING ended her 2 year old season last year on a low note, but in fairness, she had probably excuses both times, and is most surely much better than that.also has a bit of ground to make up with old rival shumooki, but thats entirely possible,as shes unexposed enough.so, the cox filly gets a narrow vote today..
Ridiculously cool ride from Soumillion and safe to say jockey not short of confidence. When asked about the track he replies (apply french accent) 'it's not difficult it's like any other all weather track.'
Wassupchicken - I can get anything beat today! If you are on Documenting - check out your cash-in options!
