I’m gonna say Chelsea will win the Europa League and Barca will win the CL.

I don’t see Spurs/Ajax beating either of Liverpool or Barca but you never know I guess.

 

You and Chelsea in the final I think, I would say you.

Cant call the champions league though, honestly think tmboth semis could go either way

 

Reckon we might see an all English final in the Europey Pot. Wouldn't like to call that though, both teams can beat anybody on their day, but also have the ability to look like Fleetwood Town FC on a bad day.

You'd fancy Barca to get to the final of the Champions League and win it, but who knows. There's been a few surprises so far and I wouldn't rule out some more.

 

Unsurprisingly, Barca are solid favourites for the CL. Liverpool 28/11, Spurs and Ajax both 9/2

If you fancy either Spurs or Ajax, there’s a bit of value there, as both seem to me to have been underestimated.

Chelsea are 6/4 for the Europa, with Arsenal at 5/2.

Those last two look the wrong way round to me.

To answer your question, it’s hard to see past Chelsea or Arsenal for the EL, and my money would be on Arsenal, especially at the prices.

Liverpool do have that European pedigree also. But my money is going on Ajax for three reasons;
1) Johan Cruyff
2) Dusan Tadic
3) Football. Which would be the real winner if a team of academy graduates plus a couple of experienced older players could beat the cream of Europe.

 

Be funny if you lot won the EL and Spurs won the CL.

 

Be funnier if Spurs won the CL and they didn’t.

If we put in one of our mad half hours Barca won't know what's hit them. Like City last season. Obviously we're underdogs but rule us out at your peril, lads.

 

Teams tend to make finals on merit of course the odd smidgin of luck like handball goals. You’ve the harder tie but if you’re going to win it you eventually have to beat most.

The football I watched today was beyond crap.

Barnsley have been 2nd for ages. It's Portsmouth that have come into it. They won yesterday after being outplayed and then punching the ball into the net in injury time.
