Son certainly plays better. He has pace and they can get in behind teams a lot easier when he’s up top. No doubting Kane is a great goal scorer but he does limit others around him like Lucas and son

It'd be nice alright to see them get robbed but i'd rather spurs just win 2-0 handily. it'd make me feel a lot more chilled.

Strikers are clearly yesterdays type of player.

the future is fast and flexible players.

I think there's place for strikers. I think pace is more required in the big games where its more open and more space. A player like kane is great for when you are against teams who park the bus

So presumably the Spurs fans attacked the City team bus, right? What other possible reason can they have for losing?

    So CL SF
    (Weds)1st May Away
    (Tues) 7th May Home

Best way round imo, always best to get the away leg done and have the settling tie at home.

You do, I think that the spurs need to secure 4th is more important. City will be down, they are punch drunk so to speak. If they don’t win then it’s Liverpool to lose.....United will be loving the chance to also stick the knife in, the fans may not, but you can be sure the management, players and staff will.

I get what you mean, Spurs will be desperate to stay in the CL and will see this game as very important, City could be a bit messed up mentally. All this is probably wishful thinking though.

Dont necessarily agree. Said yesterday that of the 4 QFs only Barca went through after playing at home in the 2nd leg.

Do feel if you can play home round 1 and keep a clean sheet, it really puts pressure on in that second leg for opposition as even if they are leading by a goal, going into last 10-15 mins know that 1 goal means they have to score twice more

I vote that we smash them home and away so that we don't have to worry about these things.

Totally disagree but we are all entitled to opinions.
Come back on Saturday and we will chat about it then :)
Thing is - united actually are not on paper capable of getting that result so even if they lose it is probably not deliberate and their fault.
It shows just how good both sides have been this season that it is coming down to this.
    City can field two sides
No way are they punch drunk - they are the current champions in England and a bloody good side. CL exit will have hurt them Imho making them more dangerous
We know by 3pm sat :)
