Is the 'Spursy' tag justified ?

Hope you haven't jinxed it Kipper ... the 'Spursy' tag would be most apposite if you get past Citeh and then go oit to Ajax

I switched to the Juve game the other night after Messi scored against United. That Ajax win wasn't a fluke, they totally bossed the second half and some of the football was exhilarating.

Then how would it be “spursey” to lose to them?

No one gave us a ghost of a chance in this competition. Our own pundits were waxing lyrical about City and United, and yet here we are, in the Semi Final - one of the four best teams in Europe, this season.

The “spursey” tag is nothing more than bollocks spoken by embittered fans of lesser clubs.

After ‘Pool get trolleyed by Barca, I hope all of you lads will get behind Poch and the boys.

Losing to Ajax won't be Spursy they just knocked out Juve with probably the best player in the world in the past 3 seasons.

 

Depends how it happens. If they are leading in the tie and go out then it will definitely be spursy.

 

Well yeah if it reaches a point in the second leg where they are 3-0 up and throw it away then possibly, but I don't really see that happening and they've done brilliantly to get as far as they have no matter what happens now.
