As if Ajax vs Spurs is one of the semi finals.

Wonder how much money that would've gone for back in July.

I'm not a massive fan of modern football, but can't remember enjoying a non City game as much as that. I usually have non City games in the background while on my iPad, but I put in down tonight

Good game, completely ruined as a spectacle by VAR.

As I was veering on wanting a spurs win (it was switching throughout the game), I quite enjoyed the var finale

Did you predict the line up of the semis correctly? I bet no more than I 50/50?

and seeing the highlights again, I would quite like Sterling to have been the hat trick hero, he was ****ing good and I am growing to not detest him.

yeah, I'm just thinking similar type and maybe cheapo replacement for Kamil. We're gonna have to lower our expectation levels

Glad Spurs won. Tired of Man City now being the ‘popular choice’ for people with no affiliation to Manchester. East Riding is rife with Man City shirts. :emoticon-0119-puke::emoticon-0119-puke::emoticon-0119-puke:

Still not sure about this VAR.... thanks for posting PLUM...

The ball to Aguiero wasn't a pass, its a bit like a back pass to the keeper. If its not intentional then play goes on, but seemingly not.

From what I've seen so far VAR, whatever decision it makes, seems to prevent the clamour and argument between players and ref that you get when a 'conventional' decision is controversial. For that I'm thankful.

    Is it glp?? Bloody hell.
I've sort of been waiting for it to happen in Hull. See the ****ers changing allegiance from Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal etc.
    ****ers all.

Not really noticed a proliferation of Man City shirts locally. I'm still sort of soft on them due to their decades in the shadow of Man Utd. Likewise I have a soft spot for Spurs, my first big away game in London was Spurs in 81, plus we have signed plenty of great ex-Spurs players, Spurs/Ajax semi is mouthwatering isn't it. I'm City, obviously, and don't even have a second team, but I'm a football fan and would love to see Spurs be only the second team from London to win the bastard. Its Arsenal, Man Utd and Liverpool who I never want to win it. If Ajax beat Spurs then I want them.

Yes that’s how it goes I’m afraid. I coach a large group of kids and i’d say half are Man City converts.
