    Simplistic Chicken dinner..

Home made beef dripping puds and roasts, buttered sprouts and carrots in a sage and onion gravy. Kept the Chicken out of the gravy melee, that's how I like it. Cooked by me, served by me and zero marks for appearance, it's food ffs.. :)

Practice makes perfect bud, keep it simple, much better that way. The meat, puds and potatoes need to shine, nothing else. You take care always and the best to you all..<ok>

Sometimes simplistic it is the best. We can all create fancy dishes, but if i had to go through this thread, that simplistic meal as you call it Joe would be my favorite over many that have been posted up.

Chicken Jalfrazi, out the tin of course. Making my own looked way to complicated. Enjoying doing what I'm doing though. Being out of work is giving me the time and confidence to do stuff for myself thst I would never have attempted in a million years.

I didn't actually do much mate. Rice in pan. Them bread things in oven. Everything else cut up and put in the frying pan. I always way overcomplicated cooking in my head.

I think most people start off just adding things to ready made jars and then move on to following a recipe.
