Yeah, exactly. You'll see the difference from when you put the water in from your tap and when it's been through the filter. It's actually visible.

Have you tried the drinking bottles with the charcoal filters? You can just put tap water straight in and away you go, sippy sippy sip.

Black & Blum do decent ones but you can pick a lesser brand up for half the price from Tesco.

    I'm only ****ing wit cha.

I do the Sauerkraut stuff to. Have you ever made any ? It's really easy. Also start the day by juicing up an apple, beetroot and ginger. If you have too much of that it turns your turds purple, which is kind of fun.

Beetroot turns ya turds purple I’ve had them before... scary when you forgot you ate the damn beetroot.

I can’t be arsed to make sauerkraut, the thought of something taking 10 days to ‘make’ just puts me off.

Some Cannabis is good for some people mate.

It’s a trillion miles away from being labelled a super supplement like Omega 3.

    Two tubs.

One tub should last you about 100 days.

Creatine HCL is more digestible and won’t crystallise in your insides. It’s more expensive though and tastes far, far worse. It’s the best though imo.

Creatine Monohydrate is cheap and tasteless but you have to drink a lot more water. Works just as well but in a little bit of a bloaty way.

Yeah, same lol. Remember ****ting purple and thinking I was internally hemorrhaging.

I've made Sauerkraut before but yeah it's a bit of a pain in the arse. I've bought it from the polish section in Tesco too, but I'm not sure if it's as good as the stuff you buy live or make yourself.

Yeah the stuff on the shelf is just pickled cabbage, there’s no good stuff in that. Waitrose do one that’s in the fridge ‘and it’s live’ as Martin Tyler would say, not that you’d know who he is with your space on the wall where the tele should be.

You should be in good nick anyway as you don't drink.

Drinking is bad enough but it also leads to eating rubbish food.

Maybe you just eat a lot of rubbish food anyway!

Hi and welcome to our community. Basically someone starts a thread about something random ie BBQs and after a few posts it becomes a slanging match about Brexit and muslims. It's pretty much the same as any other football board you'll have visited.
