Fergie did want him to stay because he believed he could be a great player for the club, Pogba wanted guaranteed game time in a top midfield at the time and was told no, so left. His attitude stinks now because he had it easy in France and thinks he's a star. He can do some amazing things but is absolute dog **** at the simple things.
