No, he doesn't. He claimed that Slobodan Milosovic was cleared of his crimes. He wasn't.
That's not him giving truth, is it?

Your article basically says slobodan is guilty cause he (being the leader) supplied the bosnian serbs with people and ammunitions

Now i dont know the full story but after all the evidence they didnt find evidence that he complied or gave the order.

Might as well throw obama in prison for complicitly arming isis or bush for the war crimes assange exposed.

No, it says that he wasn't found innocent and that the ruling people are using to claim that he was expressly states that they didn't come to that conclusion.

"the trial against Karadzic was against him and him only, and therefore has no impact on the separate case against Slobodan Milosevic."

He wasn't found innocent. He died of a heart attack and the trial was stopped.

Sorry mate. Here is the full quote

Radio Free Europe asked the Hague Tribunal for comment on this matter, and received this reply:

"The Trial Chamber of the Karadzic case found, at paragraph 3460, page 1303, of the Trial Judgement, that 'there was no sufficient evidence presented in this case to find that Slobodan Milosevic agreed with the common plan'. The Trial Chamber found earlier in the same paragraph that 'Milosevic provided assistance in the form of personnel, provisions and arms to Bosnian Serbs during the conflict'."

Radio Free Europe also said in its report that "the trial against Karadzic was against him and him only, and therefore has no impact on the separate case against Slobodan Milosevic."

Now obviously if it went to a full trial he might have been found complicit but I'm not sure why they mention the bits bolded at all

Because it's a bloody long judgement, I'd guess. Paragraph 3460 of page 1303?
They weren't trying to find Milosevic guilty of anything, anyway. It wasn't his trial.
Karadzic and Mladic ended up getting life for genocide, amongst other things, so Pilger's bizarre spiel seems even more misplaced.
