.......easier to heard kittens....... Anyway, the commentary already said Pereira's was better. Rude.
It was always going to be a Man U goal, but we got 2nd and 3rd, which is not bad going! Go back a few months and we were lucky to score a goal in a month, let alone have 2 in GOTM!
Brighton v Cardiff tomorrow. If Cardiff don't win they are as good as down. If Brighton win by several goals they would go back above us. I think we'll finish above both so not anywhere near as much of a big game for us as it was looking a few weeks ago. Who do you think will win?
I think that 5-0 thrashing could actually turn out to be a blessing in disguise, a real kick up the arse for Brighton. But it's gonna be so nervy for both teams, just like our game vs Swansea last season. I'll go for 0-0 or 1-0 to Brighton. Hope so too. Nicer part of the world, nicer people. Simple as that. Though I do have a soft spot for Warnock.
I was at uni in Cardiff and went back recently...it's a nice city. Think I'd prefer them to stay up...notably because from their position it would be a hell of an achievement.
One of them will. But you must have a slight favorit? I'll help. Brighton Gus Poyet, fake derby, El-Abd-Lambert unfair only red card of career. Cardiff Neil Warnock, frustratingly 6 pointed by them. So, which way you swaying!
I wouldn't say it's as big as our Swansea game last season, that was so late in the season and pretty much guaranteed loser goes down. Tomorrow's game if Cardiff lose they're down, Cardiff win the relegation fight just carries on. Personally I hope Brighton go down in the end, , they'll be better next season if they stay up whereas Cardiff will be down the bottom again
I just want the relegation battle to continue so I can revel in their misery while being perfectly safe. Not the same when they're already resigned to relegation.
Yeah, Cardiff didn't get as lucky as we did when it came to the date of the rearranged fixture. It's highly likely that Cardiff have to win tomorrow, but in theory a draw might be enough. That would be the case if Cardiff beat Fulham (a) and Palace (h), whilst Brighton lose to Wolves (a) and Newcastle (h) - assuming that both sides lose all of their big six matches. It's not entirely farfetched that those four results could all happen. So whereas I was absolutely, 100% certain, that we had to go for the win vs Swansea - all or nothing, send the keeper up for a corner if the score is level in injury time, type scenario - that absolute certainty doesn't exist here for Cardiff. And ultimately, that could cost them - because it could mean that they begrudgingly accept a draw (as quite clearly they are gone if they lose), which won't be enough unless the aforementioned happens. If the fixture was later in the season - maybe even just one week later - things would be so much clearer for Cardiff, just like they were for us. As for which one I want to go down, it's very, very easy for me. Brighton. I'm an honorary bluebird tomorrow night.
Keep the mini South Coast Championship going next season, plus Chris Hughton is a gent and Colin is... er.. well...a ****er!...
South Wales Police fervently praying that Cardiff don't go down. I'd have been happy with them down if the Swans had come back up but that's not happening so don't really care...
