Frustrating race with Hami stuck behind Schu - totally ruined his race. However it has to be said that he shoudnt have let Schui past in the first place after the safety car. Didn't think nothing of it at the time coz I thought Hami would soon get past but obviously not. Vettel made a good overtake at the start but unlike Brundle and co I'm not wetting myself over it and suddenly lauding him as some kind of racing god. They say he had dodgy top speed - yeah it was that dodgy he was 15 seconds in front - Newey's obviously found yet more pace in the car - about half a second I'd say. The cars still the star. One last thing - Button - team leader my ass. And I still take Hamilton to beat him. Oh - almost forgot - Alonso - what a start. Fantastic.
Was a good drive from Vettel but his car is way too fast. I don't know if McLaren had the pace to beat Vettel but they could have at least pushed Vettel. I'm very frustrated with Ferrari's **** car. There's only so much Alonso do with a car which has poor mechanical grip and hard tyre problems.

Yes I would really like to see Alonso in a Red Bull, or even better Ferrari have Red Bull's performance. Then we would see what Vettel is really made of.
i think hamilton was controlling his emotions in that interview. didn't really comment about the schumi incidents, saying "it's racing", when i'm sure he thought differently.
The fact that it was Ross Brawn giving the order showed just how guilty MSC was. If the situation had been reversed, Hamilton would have been before the stewards quicker than you can fart.

First lets look at the stats at the END of the season which is what I'm talking about when I say Hamilton will still come out on top. As for the Button overtake - Schu tyres must have been shot - defends like crazy against the BEST overtaker in the business and then rolls out the red carpet for Button. A joke. Also Hami didnt seem his usual gunho self and was alot more cautious as he obviously coudnt afford another crash.
Hamilton knew if he said anything it woul giv ethe usual suspects the excuse to write bullshit about him. Race is done , Msc got away with it, like he got away with driving Hill off the track, that GP for you.

Best? He was very cautious today and even though Schumacher was defending aggressively, Hamilton shouldn't have taken so long to get past. It seems like he was lacking confidence. This might surprise some of you but I think based on 2011, Button is a better overtaker than Hamilton.
