If you are a member keep checking the tickets on the website up to the day before as some become available...from season tickets holders unable to attend and corporate tickets unsold by whatever company. Hope you make a game soon mate.
Delighted with that win especially given the fact that we were able to rest a host of players. Hopefully the chavs drop points tomorrow and Hazard and Salah both collide with each other and suffer career ending injuries. I doubt Pep will be able to make as many changes to his side as Palace away is a really tricky game and they'll still have fond memories of losing to them at home. 24 hours less to recove...wait, it's happening again. My optimism levels are rising. Spurs do this to you, they suck you in and then crush you like an egg shell when your guard is down. Stop it, CK, you grew up watching Stuart Nethercott. You should know better than this. Couple of observations: - Sissoko is the GOAT. - Wanyama just lost me £30 in a bet with a mate but I don't care. Already paid up such wad my delight to see him score and complete the full 90 (the subject of our bet). With Winks seemingly out for Wed it looks like Vic will be partnering Goat against City. Today will have done him the world of good. - I really really really wanna zigazig see Foyth deployed at CM pre season to see how he does there. He has all the attributes to be a quality DM but just lacks the physical strength and tenacity to be a top CB. - Baffled that Eriksen completed the full game. We are running him into the ground yet again. - Llorente should start on Wed with Lucas and Son buzzing around him. Citeh aren't particularly good in the air and don't like a strong target man. The trouble is we'd then lack a potential game changer on the bench and the XI would have to get the job done themselves, unless Alli recovers in time to make the squad.
Saturday 3pm kick off will almost certainly be sell outs. Apart from this and the big CL nights, there is always a chance of getting a ticket for the other games, no matter who the opposition apart from the Arse.
Cheers buddy. Yes I'm a member but been unable to get across from Cork due to work/life stuff. Hope to be available for selection soon COYS!
The only comment I recall making was you'd probably want to sell Jimmy Greaves had you been around in the '60's. You will never goad me into rubbishing Harry Kane. He lit us up again after the depressingly dull spell we had when Gareth Bale left and improved rapidly thereafter. I bet there is not a club anywhere who wouldn't want the England captain in a heartbeat. His workrate, talent & decency are superb. I suspect your little group just enjoy stirring us up like our wummer-in-chief HIAG does to other boards!
Can't speak for Dawn who's in hospital with a broken nose. She'll answer that when she's out tomorrow probably. But I suspect you're wrong, there's no wind up or goading.
You’re right! It was a lot better today - and he’s started on the party tricks, too - little step-overs and body-swerves. It’s amazing what a little self-confidence will do! And what Poch can achieve with an initially seemingly second-rate player!!!
You need some pressers. Press them deep, don't give them any time on the ball. So many teams sit deep and let them play - it's not the way to beat them. You need to do nothing more than just get in their faces for 90 minutes.
I like that season ticket owners can no longer make a profit selling their tickets. Although the tickets are more pricey at least they can be bought by fans.
Yes we scored 4 today against probably the worst team we have played for about 5 years? Do you remember the 6 we scored at Everton (who are a slightly better side than Huddersfield)? And Harry played the majority of the win over the champions if I recall correctly, and City had their best spell in the game after he went off and some of the energy of our press left the field with him. The binary scores you refer to were mainly away from home and included matches against better teams than we played today including the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal. We aren't ever going to agree agree about this DGC, but your crusade here to sell one of our best players is getting a little tedious. As I have said before here I am no fan of Jamie Redknapp as a pundit, but I wonder if you saw his comments before the game? You are always keen to use people in the medias comments to support your cause and he certainly disagreed with you on sky today.
