Their torment was fully justified at the time, it was bordering on child abuse.

I am not prepared to go along this road SH. We are moving away from politics onto judging the private lives of politicians. You are obviously hell bent on discrediting a politician who you don't like by any means you can, fair means or foul, and I am not playing along with this.

Crazy, how can you blame the victim of abuse ? I don't like his anti Brit stance but he was not to blame for being seduced by a married teacher with three children. I was simply comparing the attitudes to this kind of thing in the UK versus our near EU neighbour.

Where do you get this stuff from SH? Apart from the fact that it is factually wrong, you are showing the nasty side of the Tory party. We must try and get away from the image that people have of us, said the PM, yet here you are showing that nothing has changed. Anyone who has a different life style to you, must be dubious to say the least, and should be kept out of the country. I assume that anyone of whatever nationality who doesn't live as you do is worthless, and probably deported in case they should influence others to have an open mind.

I agree that attitudes are different - other countries are not so prudish when talking about subjects like this - much more open. However, it appears that it is Britain which needs to learn on this one, bearing in mind that the rate of teenage pregnancies is 3 times higher in the UK.

You know of course I have not said any of this nonsense you have fabricated. I simply think the UK should have the same right to control its border as enjoyed by the vast majority of countries around the would. The EU experiment is the exception, not the norm. The current bickering between EU member states on border issues also signifies much dissatisfaction with the EU's policies.

You already have the right to control your borders, yet with immigration falling dramatically from the EU, it is exploding from non-EU countries. Why is it falling from the EU so quickly if it is not for people like you constantly going on about others who do not fit into your mould. You go on and on about low unemployment, so that shows that the immigration is needed, and the cheaper the better. As Tim Martin told a select committee, I want to control immigrants coming into the country, but I will need a dispensation as I rely on them in many of my pubs. Hypocrite! I want to have my cake and eat it at the same time.

paying employees cash in hand is the prerogative of the morally corrupt , that’s you , but since you’re an advocate of unbridled capitalism, that’s your view . I’m sure you’d be a flag bearer for the return of slavery , and tell us how happy they are and how well you treat them <doh>

She is self employed so it is her responsibility to keep records and submit a tax return. Her slavery at £12 per hour probably allows her to take home £400 - 500 a week in her hand. No wonder the U.K. Is so attractive to Eastern Europeans.

Well , i’m surprised you volunteered such information, as a trade unionist who also represents people in dispute procedures and tribunals , you have made some potentially incriminating statements .

Another opinion poll confirms the findings of others, that the Tory party is in free fall. This poll shows that while Labour has gained a point, the Tories have lost 6 points over the past two weeks, down to 29%. Their standing is now the lowest it has been for four years. Little wonder that the council elections are looking grim, and with local associations saying they cannot get people out to canvass, there could be huge losses of councils.

Don't get too excited by this poll, the Tory Brexiteers are simply showing their anger at the delay in leaving the EU. The Tories always come together if there is a chance of a damaging Labour government. The Brexit parties will do well in any EU election if we take part.
