ayr,1 55: this has a wide-open look to it,but DANDY DAN appears to be going from strength to strength this season, and is maybe still a bit fresher than most in this line-up.so,good chance, there even more to come..
Fred Darling looks very open as does the race it's a trial for. Surely Star Terms offers great value.
ayr,2 25: SCOTTISH CHAMPION HURDLE a competitive renewal this year, with many chances, but the one, that takes the eye here is the unexposed mare PEARL OF THE WEST.she beat redicean fair and square at cheltenham last autumn, and, after running well on her comeback at dundalk, should go very well,if getting a clear run today..serious e w value..
well, just a little flutter on the greenham stakes: BOITRON is a horse,i really liked last season, and apart from a blip in france,on his final start of the season,he did nothing but improve.so,he should run a big race again today..
Dancing Vega was useless, she won't be running in the Guineas after that pathetic showing. They all finished in a heap up front, So Perfect kept on well enough but is looking exposed. Dahdhu had been backed for the 1000 Guineas this week but surely there are better contenders and it's an awful long time since the Fred Darling winner went on to land the Guineas. Over at Naas Monarch Of Egypt put the field to the sword in grand style. Fine looking colt who can only come on from this and he travelled well all the way today, winning in the style of a horse who will get 6F easily. I've got an interest for Royal Ascot anyway at 25/1 and he was cut to 10/1 across the boards afterwards. I suspect the 10/1 won't last once punters have had a chance to study the race today.
Well done mate, she has absolutely pissed it. Everything went right for her but a very cool ride and a superb performance from the mare.
What a great ride that was from Connor Brace on Verdana Blue. Very impressive - just shows what the mare can do on good ground which sadly she will never get at Cheltenham in the champion hurdle.
Yep. If BD had been in that race with the same weight he would have been odds on. VB was 4/1 . So bloody obvious and I left it alone
ayr,3 00: CASTAFIORE is a really likeable mare, and she was maybe flying too high in the jlt,but made good progress before that,so a definite player on overall form.
Nice win from Mohaather there, great thing the best odds Guarantee is Well worth a poke for the Guineas after that show and I've had a fiver each-way at 25/1.
ayr,3 35: SCOTTISH NATIONAL in an ideal world,i d have backed my old friend caroles destrier, but somehow ive got a nagging doubt,if he still has, what it takes to win this.so,ive gone for IMPULSIVE STAR here,as he has one big asset, and that is,that hes a strong traveller, who is able to hold his position.should also stay,as he won over 3 m 5 f two starts ago at warwick, where he had some of these behind.6 lbr rise looks fair enough,as he was well on top there..serious e w player..
