I did see one similar in Austria last week but that had a completely chromed body.
Impressive finish, but I assumed it was driven by a complete knobhead so these things tend to average themselves out

 

Its a Fact that the flashier and more blinged up the car, the bigger the knobhead driving it.

 

And, indeed, the smaller the knob.
