Hopefully it happens Floyd, not sure it'll be this weekend though.

I think the following games of Sheff U V Forest and Norwich v Sheff Wed will give a clearer picture, providing we beat Sheff Wed.

Forest are capable of upsetting Sheff U, or taking a point, same goes for Norwich v Sheff Wed.

Although, if Millwall upset Sheff U Saturday then we'll certainly be on track.

Wigan have everything to play for v Norwich, that could also be an upset, but a draw more likely. Norwich had the best of the play v Reading but couldn't find back of net, but, they equalised and grabbed the lead within 4 minutes before end of normal time, but they let Reading grab an equaliser in extra time......Complacency maybe?

 

I think in previous seasons,teams already qualified have slackened off.Not going to dive in with challenges even if they did play.Think it would be like an F A CUP type game.

 

Would you want any of your top players injured,eg Villa are crap without Grealish and their Chelsea striker guy.

 

Why is anyone worried about Norwich. They are promoted. Two horse race for second. Has been for weeks

Oh come now. We have 2.75ppg from the last 8 games. (leeds have 1.88ppg) We are undefeated in 9 games. (leeds are undefeated in 1) We have a six point advantage over second and a +8GD. We have scored in every one of our last 22 games, and only failed to score in 2 games all season (leeds have failed to score in 3 of their last 8)

And whilst we drew with Reading due to some rubbish defending at the death, we were by far the dominant team, as supported by all the stats.


I mean sure, we could have a precipitous drop in form and be caught, but based on every knowable thing currently, the Norwich squad and fans are as relaxed as could be going into the last 5 games. Even if we lost to Wigan, we are still sitting top with at least 4 points between us and 3rd.

Love it! Sadly, Captain Jackboot is an embarrassment for our site. He makes all of his decisions based on Youtube videos with robot voices. Which is an improvement - the meds are clearly helping as it just used to be the voices in his head.
